1. J.P.P. Jain Samani Centre
Land donor Smt. Siriyabai Sankhla (w/o Shri Champalal Sankhla) donated 2700 Sq. ft land in 2009 (Approx. Value 27 lakh Rupees when donated) to build a samani centre- A place for S.S. jain samani group to stay, gain Education and propagate non-violence & Jainism. The aim was more than fulfilled when Jain samani Dr. Suyashnidhi completed M.A. Jainology( Being a Gold Medalist), JRF. Net course, Ph.d in Mysore university (well known for Jain Education) and Prakrit course, Diploma in Astrology etc. by staying in this samani centre.

After Inauguration, the building was well maintained by Shri Manmal ji Darla (project Chairman) but the maintenance charge for one year came to about 9 lakh rupees. In order to not have a burden of maintenance and other expenses, 2½ floors (other than the required samani centre portion, 50% area) was given in lease to Shri Mittalal Ji Sethiya in 2013 for a period of 9½ years.

2. J.P.P. Jain Anuppeha Dhyan Yog Academy
Conducting camps of Jain Anuppeha Dhyan Yog Sadhana (Propounded by Dr. Sri Padamchandra ji m.s.) by S.S. jain samani group to relieve tension, cure diseases, enhance memory power, develop personality through meditation.

3. J.P.P. Jain Guest House
Providing well furnished Rooms with professional management and all facilities to charity card holder or varshidaan donors for 1-3 days free stay every year.

4. J.P.P. Jain Food
Providing pure, healthy, vegetarian jain food to card holders staying in Guest House.

5. J.P.P. Jain Annapoorna Project
Providing full meals to the needy persons at a very nominal rate (approx. 20 Rupees)

6. J.P.P. Jain Eye Project
Conducting free eye camps (every month) in which spectacles are distributed and free cataract operations are done etc.

Boarding and lodging facilities for jain students.

2.Jay Jainam Academy
Religious teachings in English Medium with latest information, pictorial view and practical presentations to children of all ages.

3. J.P.P. Jain Happy Home
Lifelong free boarding and lodging facilities for senior citizen card holders with the permission of samani pramukha.
